Ceiling insulation is one of the most cost-effective improvements you can make to any building. It keeps interiors cooler in summer and warmer in winter, cuts electricity bills and reduces noise from above. Easy to install, maintenance-free and SANS compliant — it can be added to almost any ceiling system.
Ceiling insulation provides a thermal and acoustic barrier in roof voids and above suspended ceilings. Non-toxic and 100% recyclable, manufactured from thermally bonded polyester fibres derived from recycled PET plastic bottles, it achieves R-values from 1.15 to 3.14 depending on the thickness selected. It rolls out between ceiling joists or above gypsum board ceilings, lying flat and snug without adhesive or staples. Lightweight at 8–12kg/m³, it will not cause ceiling sag. Maintenance-free, water-resistant and pest-proof — once installed it does its job for the life of the building and meets SANS National Building Regulations for thermal performance.
